Thank goodness not in syzygy

So apparently this kid fresh with a license parked his relatively new vehicle during [tag]low tide[/tag] and returned during [tag]high tide[/tag]. Not interested in moving content towards [tag]astronomy[/tag], but syzygy would have been bad.

So what’s [tag]syzygy[/tag]?

From wikipedia other uses also exist outside of astronomy:

In astronomy, a syzygy is the alignment of three or more celestial bodies in the same gravitational system along a straight line. The word is usually used in context with the Sun, Earth, and the Moon or a planet, where the latter is in conjunction or opposition. Solar and [tag]lunar eclipses[/tag] occur at times of syzygy, as do transits and [tag]occultations[/tag]. The term is also applied to each instance of New Moon or [tag]Full Moon[/tag] when Sun and Moon are in conjunction or opposition, even though they are not precisely on one line with the Earth.

Setlist: The Police 11/17

So I thought I had already posted this, but I didn’t. Was a good show, it was the Police in the round. The only thing I did realize is that [tag]Sting[/tag] or perhaps [tag]the Police[/tag] specifically have great deal of lyrics which are NOT words. Regardless a good show and one I never thought I would see.

Setlist the Police Atlanta, November 17, 2007 – Phillips Arena:

Message in a Bottle
Synchronicity II
Walking On The Moon
Voices Inside My Head
When The World Is Running Down – (Beer and bathroom run)

[tag]Don’t Stand So Close To Me[/tag] (The two couples next to use left after?!?!!?)

Driven To Tears
Truth Hits Everybody
Hole In My Life
Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic
Wrapped Around Your Finger
De Do Do Do De Da Da Da
Invisible Sun
Walking In Your Footsteps (Probably the surprise rock song of the night)
Can’t Stand Losing You
[tag]Roxanne[/tag]
[tag]King Of Pain[/tag]
So Lonely
[tag]Every Breath You Take[/tag]
Next To You

The did have a brief break, but I wouldn’t say they had an “Encore”.  There were no telltale signs of lighters or the “open cell phone” phenomena which happens at “over 40” shows to encourage the band to come back.  Also, apparently folks think their phones take good pictures from 35 yards in the dark with lighting effects.

Relevant Quips: Technology Product Management

So I challenged myself to come up with a new slide theme and I unreasonably constrained myself to the “RQ” which I had already created as a category for my [tag]slideshare[/tag] quote [tag]project[/tag].

I just get a little nervous when I convert a category to a tag in [tag]wordpress[/tag].

Kindle: Jobs v. Bezo’s

Reading is still one of the most popular pastimes and [tag]Kindle[/tag] could bridge technology across generations. [tag]Jeff Bezos[/tag] and [tag]Amazon[/tag] are attempting to do for books with a new product, Kindle, what Steve Jobs and Apple has done for music with the [tag]ipod[/tag]. Could be a the next widget for all of us, I know I don’t like carrying books in my briefcase.

I saw an interview the other day with Bezos in which he equated a book to a type of technology, so is this just a upgrade? This [tag]YouTube[/tag] video provides an overview of Kindle: Amazon’s New Wireless Reading Device
