Most users don’t even know what your product is

I was forwarded the video below and it begs a couple of  questions:

  • Do your users need to understand what your product is to get value?
  • Is it the class of product that matters?
  • Is it the technology that matters or the problem which is solved?
  • Would you rather have corporate awareness or product awareness?
