Cultural Insights on Mobile: It’s the people, not the device

This is an interesting piece on the changing nature of mobile. It’s increasingly being woven into our activities. Mobile integration is effectively providing more context, not just connectivity. Apps allow for a person to quickly jump from productivity to entertainment while waiting in line at the grocery store.

There is a good deal of market data sizing in mobile, insights on mobile application trends, apple’s impact on mobile and how traditional internet usage and mobile are increasingly indistinguishable, but this presentation from Stephanie Rieger of Yiibu provides context and insightful connections between people and their devices.
